A naturally sparkling wine made from 100% Viognier using the ancestral (pét-nat) method. Unfiltered and bottled before fermentation finishes, it pours a pale golden straw with a gentle haze and soft fizz. Aromas of pear, mango and pineapple lead into a creamy, leesy palate with notes of apricot skin, lemon zest, and a touch of ginger.
