Immediately pressed, left on the grape skins for 3.5 hours, fermented in stainless steel. On the nose: a venerable basket of red fruit. The nose explodes with tree-ripe sour cherries, sweet summer herbs and a hint of birch bark tea. In the glass: a complimentary follow through of flavours on the nose, this Rosé coats your palate with a silky mouthfeel, while a burst of acidity cleans up the finish, just in time for another sip.
