This vintage was a very moderate year that brought elegant wines with very balanced structure. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from our Estate Vineyard were fermented separately and then blended before tirage to create the right balance. Secondary fermentation happened in bottle where it was aged on lees for 48 months before being disgorged.
