Crafted from the exceptional 2020 vintage, this wine is made using the traditional appassimento method, with grapes dried after harvest to naturally concentrate flavour and texture. Warm, consistent conditions throughout the growing season allowed for exceptional ripeness, making it ideally suited to this style. Rich layers of dried cherry, fig and dark plum unfold on the palate, supported by notes of spice and cocoa, while time in oak adds structure. The palate is full and smooth, with balanced acidity carrying through to a long, refined finish.
