Rooted in the clay and limestone soils of the St.Davids Bench, this Cabernet Sauvignon. Reflects one of Niagara's warmest and most expressive sites. A long patient growing season allows the fruit to develop depth and richness, while cool evenings preserve freshness and structure. Layers of black currant, dark cherry, and subtle dried herbs unfold on the palate, complemented by gentle notes of cedar, vanilla and spice from aging in French oak. Fine tannins and vibrant acidity carry through to a smooth, balanced and quietly powerful finish.
