2021 was a challenging harvest, but gave us a beautiful growing season. With crazy, rainy weather thrown at us during harvest, careful vineyard management was needed. Quick picking decisions, and constant pivoting gave us some great quality wines to be proud of.

Fermented and aged separately in French oak barrels for 9 months before choosing, bringing together the perfect combination of flavours and textures - beautiful fruit flavours of Meyer lemon, pear and nectarine with a tiny hint of gooseberry. Great intensity on the attack with a full bodied mid palate and a delicate dry finish.
