2020 was an incredible vintage that produced wines with intensity, bright character, and excellent overall balance. The Chardonnay from this site always makes a full bodied wine but this vintage held on to a nice acidity that kept the wine in focus. Lots of elegance and complexity.
- Nose
Fragrant aromas of Niagara peaches, whipped cream, with subtle hints of apple blossom and coconut.
- Mouth
Lots of fruit flavours come forward – pineapple and crisp apple. There’s a bright acidity that balances the richer elements of this wine. Think lemon curd with some oak spice on the finish.

Roasted chicken, butternut squash soup, creamy pastas, fried chicken sandwiches, popcorn, samosas.
