2021 gave us a warm, sunny growing season but a harvest with more rain than we asked for. Making quick picking decisions and regular vineyard scouting made a difference and the positive outcome is in your glass. This Pinot was fermented for a short time on the skins (and no oak ageing) to make a lightweight, quenchable wine that is fruit forward and easy drinking.
